Subject: Tri-county Elementary and Middle School Tennis League

PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDAR AND FORWARD THIS E-MAIL TO OTHER COACHES, PRINICPALS AND INTERESTED PARENTS

Dear Coach – We will be holding our mandatory coach’s meetings for the 2013 Tri-county Elementary and Middle School League on the following dates:

Monday, January 14, 2013 at 5 PM

Friday, January 18, 2013 at 4 PM

Sunday, January 27, 2013 at 3 PM

All meetings will be held at the Charleston Tennis Center, 19 Farmfield Avenue, Charleston, SC 29407. Any school that plans to have teams in the league needs to have a representative at ONE of the three meetings. All meetings should last about 45 minutes. We will start the league on March 11^h and it will run until May 17^th, but it is best to start practicing early.
