The LCTA proudly Announces

The Fall Max Tennis Season!

Given feedback from our LCTA Captains and Players, that they wanted MORE tennis this fall, therefore in lieu of the Peiffer Cup Championship, we will expand our Fall Season by an additional 2-3 weeks of match play. This will carry the season into early December.

The LCTA will have a Champion in each Flight who will receive Signage of their Accomplishment – similar to the LCTA Spring Championships along with other recognition rewards. We will forward the Championship matrix for multiple flights in the near future.

  • NFL Super Bowl ticket – $3,500 Dollars – Lowest cost
  • Taylor Swift Eras Tour Ticket Cost Average – $ 1000 Dollars
  • Disney Magic Kingdom Ticket – $129 Dollars
  • LCTA Fall Season Cost – $20 Dollars per Flight

Maximum Tennis + Low Cost = Great Value for our LCTA Players

So register for MULTIPLE TEAMS !

Have Fun and Compete!

We will also be contributing $2,000 in our winning captains names to The Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital through LTP DI.

We have a lot of Cool, Fun Events and Pop Ups planned for the Fall Season – Max Tennis!

Notes from Dee and Nancy

Fall registration/Play information dates:

Registration Begins: Saturday, August 2nd

Registration Ends: Sunday, August 24th

Season Begins: September 15th

Season will be EXTENDED through early December

We are excited about additional tennis play this fall. We want to ensure everyone has the BEST SEASON EVER!!! Captains please ensure you have an adequate number of players in order to field ALL courts ALL of the time. We would like to recap the details of the LCTA Total Team Default Policy.

The Total Team Default is highly unusual due to the strong awareness of our Captains and Players regarding The Double Default Regulation – We want to emphasize the importance of playing Full Court Matches in the Fall.

A team must play at least 2 of 3 courts or 3 of 5 courts dependent on the flight – or it is considered a total team default. Teams who default a match will lose their season. You will still be required to play the remainder of the matches in your schedule but your team scores will be removed at the end of the season.

A grievance may be filed against any team defaulting in a match and could have consequences for Spring Season as decided by USTA SC State Grievance Committee. It’s in the best interest of the captain and the team to have as many players as needed to play all matches as other teams/players who pay a fee – are expecting full team matchplay.

Good News!

The LCTA will be adding 64 and over and 69 and over Leagues this Fall- sign up a Team! Please contact your 55 and Over, 65 and Over, 70 and Over, and 75 and Over, Coordinator Dee Mack.
