LCTA Spring Season Registration Dates
December 6th, 2025 – Spring Registration Begins
January 4th, 2026 – Spring Registration Ends
January 11th, 2026 – Spring Registration Schedule Published
January 19th, 2026 – Spring Season Matches Begin
Information on Spring Local Playoff Championships will be forwarded in the next several weeks. Please remember – in the Spring – we are forwarding significantly more LCTA teams to the USTA S.C. State Championships – which could change the format of the playoff structure in some flights.
The LCTA will award Low Country Championship signage to all Low Country Fall Championship Teams (see example below). The signs will be available for captains at our Annual Players meeting in January, and then at LTP DI.

LCTA 2026 Registration Fee Increase
I am informing all players that the LCTA Registration Fee will increase to $25 in 2026.
The adjustment is due to a significant increase in League Fees, charged to the LCTA over the next two years by the USTA South Carolina organization, along with general operating costs increasing overall.
However, we had an added guarantee that LCTA Registration Fees will not increase over the next 5 years. The average USTA Registration Fee in the U.S. is $25.
In lieu of this, we have several enhancements to the League and players in 2026.
A. The LCTA will now subsidize all State championship Registration Fees (Increasing payment from $30 to $40/45, one of the only USTA Leagues to do so) and continue to offer Sectional and National Championship stipends.
B. The LCTA will enlarge their successful Facility Improvement Fund in 2026, and you will see significant enhancements and donations in 2026.
C. The LCTA will increase teams advancing to the South Carolina State championships by 25% in 2026.
We, as always, remain committed to providing a high quality, competitive, and enjoyable tennis experience and we appreciate your understanding and participation.
