LowCountry Tennis Association

Facility Improvement Award

The LCTA Facility Improvement Award

The LowCountry Tennis Association’s Facility Improvement Award was created by the LCTA Facility Improvement Committee and is now available.  This award is designed to help LCTA facilities enhance the tennis experience for its players and to promote the growth of the sport throughout the lowcountry. The application itself gives the Committee insight into the scale and potential benefits of each proposed project.

To be considered, projects should meet several criteria:

  • Facilities need to be active participants in LCTA leagues and programs
  • The proposed improvements must contribute to increased league participation
  • No facility is eligible to receive more than one award within a single calendar year.

The Committee aims to prioritize proposals that will benefit the largest number of LCTA players. Examples of past awards granted by the LCTA include benches, picnic tables, windscreens, scorekeepers, and tables and chairs.

The LCTA Facility Improvement Award is a fillable PDF.  Please use the link below to download. Once the form is completed, please save a copy, and email it and any supporting documentation to:lcta_facility_improvement@lctatennis.org
