The LCTA is Results Driven!
For some reason – these photos make us really happy. These are drone photographs of the 4 newly refinished courts at Mount Pleasant Tennis Center.
The courts look and play like new, they were completed in record time and will be used for our future LCTA matches and local playoffs.
The core objective of the LCTA is to provide safety and a positive competitive experience for our players.
We want to thank the Town Council of Mount Pleasant and Recreation Department for approving and overseeing this project, along with contributions from the USTA.
Great team work!
Enjoy the Courts!

MAY IS NATIONAL TENNIS MONTH!!!!!
• Current and past President’s of the board Bill Ennis, Steve Wilson and Bob Peiffer proclaimed with local government leadership throughout the community, May is National Tennis Month.
• This tradition continues to expand, as the Lowcountry continues to grow tennis and develop strong relationships with the various town councils who help support our tennis facilities
• For the 2nd year, we are celebrating this National Event with our awesome players. Be on the lookout for our Board of Directors to pop up at your league matches with fun giveaways for our AWESOME PLAYERS!! The LCTA has already given out hundreds of cans of tennis balls to players this season!!

Fun Fact for May
The highest tennis court was installed on the circular helipad of the Burj Al Arab luxury hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on 22 February 2005, at 211 m (650 ft) above the ground and protected only by a simple safety net.
