USTA Flex League App

The USTA Flex League will transition from the Flex Leagues site to the USTA Flex League app for the upcoming Fall season.

The USTA Flex app is available through the AppStore and Google Play, it’s a new app specifically launched to support USTA Flex leagues with a great player experience.

• There are (2) formats to choose from:

1) Round Robin league format

2) Ladder format

• Open to players of all levels.

• All matches count towards World Tennis Number (WTN).

• Existing USTA players can log into the app with their existing account credentials, new USTA players will have to create an USTA (light) account in the app (USTA membership is not required).

• App based program allows players to register, communicate with opponents and submit scores.

• Web-based Admin platform where Admin can send bulk messages to players, group the various round robins (WTN is used as default, Admins can overwrite), establish rules, etc.

• Will work with you on timing of leagues—can use same as what you’re currently running.

Quotes from an exceptional commencement speech by Roger Federer at Dartmouth College:

“In the 1,526 singles matches I played in my career, I won almost 80% of those matches.”

“What percentage of the points do you think I won in those matches? only 54%”

The lesson: “When you lose every second point – on average, you learn not to dwell on every shot – you want to become a master at overcoming hard moments. That to me is the sign of a champion.”
